Sleep and Insomnia

There are many reasons that a person could be having sleep problems and we can help you explore them all. Obviously, the first thing to look at is your environment. Is the room too light? Is there too much noise or do you need a firmer or softer pillow? Does your partner snore? You will ask yourself, ‘why do I need a therapist to tell me that I’m not sleeping because my partner snores?’. This will be explored in your first, free, 30-minute consultation, and if it transpires that it is as easily solvable as buying blackout curtains to make your room darker then there is no obligation to see us further. However, if your issues are more complex than this then we can implement a plan to help you achieve a full night’s sleep, leaving you refreshed and energetic and ready for the day ahead.
